We are Carmen and Emanuele, a couple entrepreneurs united by a profound love for Italy and an unwavering passion for crafting exceptional, soulful experiences for our guests.
After 37 years abroad, our journey brought us to a shared dream: to create a space where the beauty of Umbria could be truly felt and savored.

In 2011, what is now Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse was a roofless, silent ruin, yet even then, it had immense potential. Following a meticulous restoration by its previous owners, who transformed it into a charming guesthouse, we gratefully took the reins in 2025.
From that moment, we are pouring our hearts into enriching Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse, infusing it with our vision of slow living and mindful hospitality.
